Bartlett libero Lauren South has signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the Lady Bucs this fall.

MEMPHIS—Christian Brothers University volleyball coach In-Sik Hwang has announced the signing of Bartlett High School libero Lauren South to a National Letter of Intent to join the Lady Bucs this fall.
South was District 14-AAA Most Valuable Player as a senior as she led Bartlett to its second district championship in three years. She was named to the Commercial Appeal Best of Preps All-Metro team as a junior and as a senior.
She was a three-time member o fthe All-District Tournament Team and a two-time member of the All-Regional Tournament Team. She led Bartlett in digs and passing percentage three times and was the team defensive MVP twice and the team overall MVP twice.
South is the Lady Bucs' fourth signee, joining Charquita Anderson of Southaven, Alecia Stewart of Rochester, Minn., and Lizzie McLean of Munford.
